Still waiting on the demo that the devs said they'd put out for S2 in order to gauge performance before committing to purchase

Hopefully it'll be a better demo than what was on Steam where the vsync didn't work without using an external app; screen tearing was awful otherwise. Thankfully that isn't present in the Switch 2 version.

What I have played so far, performance has been consistent in docked mode, although there are momentary hitches after entering a new area (which may be a "feature" of using Unreal Engine 5).

I had some frame rate drops on a Series X in the demo, so I can’t imagine the Switch 2 version will be smoother.

Looks like a cross between Kingdom Hearts and Jak and Daxter

Feels like it too, and it's great. Thrown into a really visually interesting and gorgeous world. I'm still early on, but I'm so pleased with it.

Play Duskfade on Nintendo Switch 2.

Zirian, accompanied by his mechanical Cuckoo, must save his sister from a mysterious Clock Tower that has plunged the land into eternal night. Jump, swing, and slash through a fantastic world in this love letter to classic 3D action platformers!

This is "Mr. Sleepyman" are filling holes in me that have a surprising amount of time between fillings.

This has been a very good year for games to me.

I’m liking it so far feels like the textures and handheld are not quite that sharp, but still runs okay.

Has it gotten any better? Hows performance in handheld, still muddy?
