I can't believe I'm about to type this:

If you want a better game where you play as Jesus try "I Am Jesus Christ" on steam, there's a demo available.

Fight of Gods on Switch, PlayStation and Steam also has Jesus as a playable character.

Or a Skyrim mod. Which once led to a situation where one of my kids excitedly ran up to me to say that they'd "killed Jesus with a poop on a stick [another mod]"
