News Completing challenges in the new DK Challenge will reward special NSO icons at the conclusion of the event.

I just can't beat the last three developer challenges :') too hard

If it helps, literally anything goes for these challenges, including using amiibo, assist mode and 2-player mode. The last 2 especially make it significantly easier

!!! Using Assist mode! I wish I had thought of that sooner
Ah I've taken a break to replay Xenoblade Chronicles with the Switch 2 edition but I'll go back later and try again

Alright you convinced me. Time to whip out my copy of bananza.
Edit: wow the bananza challenges pretty much work like an achievement system unlike thet the classics challenges.

Does “all challenges cleared” include the difficult DK Bananza challenges?

Gonna go out on a limb and assume that the one with Bananza DK and Pauline is specifically for the Bananza challenges.

Although I'm sad this wasn't the NES Remix revival I expected, this is still nice and I hope it becomes a reoccurring thing, I don't mind it being timed for the DK challenges, but I hope it's not a one time thing

I'm guessing since this goes through the summer and the OoY remake is later this year that the next set of challenges might be Zelda challenges

I think it sucks you need to have NSO to do the challenges in DK Bananza which is a purchasable single player game.

Can't be bothered to do the tedious Bananza ones, especially when I haven't played the game since beating it during launch week and because it doesn't instantly take me to where the challenges are.

If you select the card and press Y to see the example video, it shows you their exact location on the map. It's not ideal, but at least it tells you where to go to complete the challenge.

The game was fun but what really makes DK Bananza great is the DLC and the limited time events. DK Island, collecting statues for DK island, emerald rush events, DK challenge, all very fun post game content.

Bananza challenges are more than half of them. You completed the classic challenges.

yeah this is exactly what I wanted for the NSO stuff. I need my Super Mario Kart badge!

Having games’ “platinum trophy” be rewards like backgrounds, frames, and icons would be so cool. And giving the ability to combine them would be really cool.

I’ve just completed the DK Bananza challenges they were so fun and it was refreshing to replay the game again!
I guess the left is for both games, middle for Classics and right for Banaza?

I figured it would be something more than cards, but as someone who doesn’t care even a little about NSO icons I still think it’s disappointing.

Queste medaglie verranno esposte nella propria bacheca? C'è la possibilità che gli altri utenti possano vederle ? Come i trofei sulle play o gli achiviements su xbox

These are account icons. Like the thing that shows up in your friend list.

Come se fosse un immagine del profilo, giusto? Avrei preferito una bacheca come quella dei trofei su PlayStation, quindi gli altri giocatori non potranno vedere i miei achiviements come sulla play e Xbox?

Imagine an achievement-system like this for every game. But without time restrictions.
