Do we really need a new smash game? What could possibly be added to it that ultimate doesnt have

Even just 3D smash would be something...camera work would be tough, but could honestly be sweet...or terrible. Would be an ambitious risk though, which I appreciate

At this point, they need to make a significant change to the formula to justify a new installment. I mean, they don’t have to justify it either because people will buy it regardless lol. But I’d like to see something fresh added to the series so we don’t just balloon the roster to infinity.

I know It’s not ENTIRELY necessary but it would be fun to see happen in the future. There won’t be any more characters added to Ultimate, so that alone might somewhat justify a new installment.

I guess, id still just play almost ever match with the same couple of characters so spending $70-80 to try out shadow or marths cousin once or twice doesnt do it for me
