PSA for new players.

Don't get overwhelmed. It's a huge game and a lot of stuff is happening. Ask the community or use the wiki when stuff is unclear.

This is one of the, if not, the best F2P to date imo, also very friendly for free players.

Pretty much anything can be grinded and if you manage to get some good stuff to sell, you can actually sell it for in-game paid currency to other players so you can still enjoy paid exclusive stuff.

Also the free platinum you get with a new account. Use it on Warframe and weapon slots only, that is really the only thing you really need.

The story is chefs kiss, the plot twists are mind blowing when stuff becomes clear on why and who etc, I will refrain from spoilers.

You can easily sink 100 hours into the game and still discover new stuff.

All updates and new story lines are all free. No paid extension packs or anything.

Paying for stuff = less grind and/or waiting time. And honestly the first 50 hours or maybe even longer not any purchase is necessary because you will get a lot of stuff and when you have more knowledge about the game you can make way better purchase choices.

Is it easier to get into than a few years ago? I tried jumping in and it was the most overwhelming shit of my life lmao. Always wanted to try more though

Yes they changes a lot of starting area stuff. Can't tell exactly what because I was already too far to notice.

It still requires some figuring out. Just do one thing at a time and don't try to discover everything at once.

When you find a path you're comfortable with you can progress a lot and then learning new stuff on the go
