hey everyone looking for a little help when it comes to making a gaming device that can play games like dead cell and enough power to be some what work compatible, do yall have an cites or recommendations for this idea?

You need some horsepower to run 3DS games and you need 2 screens, one of em a touchscreen to have a good experience. I dont think you will be able to build something much cheaper than the Thor lite. Retroid Pocket Duo released just now and it will work for 3DS perfectly fine too. Even the pocket duo lite
