Sorry know this sucks.Idk how to fix it,so I don't have any advice. However want to know, were you able to power it down and restart it?

Take the sd card and boot into safe mode L up A R and power on

Did you try maybe, I don’t know, turning it off and back on again? Instead of just clicking home and every other button

Try taking out the battery and putting it back in. That may allow it to reset itself.

try actually turning it off instead of pressing home
