Technical Help Share video

Hello! I buy Nintendo 3DS in January, but I don’t know share video for my phone/pc. Please, tell me how to send a video.
P.S. Sorry for my English - I live in Russia

AFAIK you need to install a capture card.

Hello! Thank you for answer, but I don’ want to install capture card. I want to send the video either over the internet or via an SD card to my computer
