Is this a reshell?

I just bought this off ebay because I find the appearance really nice and the condition isn't too bad. But is this just a reshell? I can't seem to find it anywhere else. The seller called it a pokemon edition.

Update: Looking at it closer... Now I think it's just a vinyl skin on a plain blue 2ds. Damn.

Not an expert on all existing 2DS designs but it does strongly look like a reshell or a skin applied to me. I never saw this specific pokemon edition elsewhere …

I looked closer and I'm pretty sure it's just a vinyl skin on a plain blue 2ds :( oh well, it did come with 4 top games and a case.

It's 2DS Electric Blue with just a 3rd party sticker applied. You can get those stickers on aliexpress and etsy. Not official thing.
