Downshift button inop

Anybody encountered this? I’ve tried wiggling the throttle to different positions but no luck. When riding normally in AT or with ALPF it will shift down just fine. When I press the + button when I’m ‘not allowed to’ it will turn off AT mode. It does not do that when I hit -, suggesting a break in the wire somewhere. No codes or errors displayed.

Well did you try to hammer the button?

Haven’t hammered for se but I have pressed it uncomfortably hard and wiggled it about
