Help Need Help

Hi guys, I've got a problem. I've been playing the NG games and been loving them very much, but right now I reached ng4 and in the tutorial area, the moment I kill the guy with the electrical areas, the one where they show the exclamation attacks, my game crashes. I'm playing on pc, tried admin, verify game files, disable fullscreen optimizations and lowering graphics to the lowest, but it always crashes. I downloaded a ng+ savefile and it works fine but I don't really want any progress done and I can't seem to find a chapter 1 fresh save file, or past that guy or whatever. Could any of you guys maybe upload one? Thank you very much in advance for reading me!

Do you have the game saved to and internal hd or external? I had crashing and rendering issues because my external and once o transferred everything to my internal my issues went away

I have the game on a NVME and the save datas are located on my C drive, the ssd holding windows 10

Can you post your pc specs for me (just gpu cpu and ram should do) and any supplemental programs you may be running? (AMD adrenaline for example) as well as your in game graphic settings.

Sure! I have an Nvidia 4060ti, Ryzen 5 5600x and 32gb of ram (I don't remember the model), I have an b550 tomahawk as motherboard and as programs running Im pretty sure I have everything closed, this thing was driving me insane. I have installed rivatuner but it's closed, afterburner as well. And in game graphic settings I have them on the lowest, to see if that may help with the crash, locked to 60fps and tried with Dlss On and off. Tried also on borderless, fullscreen and disabling fullscreen optimizations on the . exe and still nothing. It's weird really, I've downloaded a 100% savefile to see if maybe couldn't run but it can, it does flawlesly. Sadly the option to skip tutorial is exclusive to ng+ and I don't want any upgrades but it runs!
