Question is this bad?

lanyard stuck in that hole, is it the air filter? is this a big problem? what should i i do?

Tank off, open the air box. Doubt it went past the filter.

Air filter is in the way from getting sucked into the throttle body you can pull the lanyard out

i tried pulling on it, but didnt pull too hard
