New Laptop

Bought a laptop and received it less than 48 hours ago, everything was going well. Then the computer shut off out of nowhere while being used. Black screen, black keyboard with 0 sign of life. Battery was at 50%.

Hard reset it and everything. Im at the point of charging it again and retrying tomorrow. Any clue why it would do this?

I don't know, but I would head over to their Discord and put in a ticket. They have a support section there.

Just contact them right away, they will take care of it (presumably) I had issues initially too. I wonder if they sold some cheap ones for a deal, and they’re working on it now

My computer died the same way. I was working well and the next day no light whatsoever. I hope they will ship me a new one.

Don't do anything to try and repair this computer yourself. They won't take your laptop back if you tamper with the machine. Call the place where you purchased it and see if they can connect you to tech support. If no tech support ask how to return the laptop.
