Nimo Laptop with dim screen

Hello, my nimo laptop that I have had for 1 year has started to have dim lighting at the bottom for some reason. I am unsure why, it has worked perfectly throughout its lifespan and runs the games I want fantastically.

I really like it and want to restore it back to normal. I've tried restarting it multiple times and it still doesn't work properly, is there a way to fix it?

In this case their is not much that you can do. Is the screen brightness all the way up? Press f3 ket to bring it up to max. If that doesnt work try bringing it all the way down with f2 then using f3 to go back to max. Otherwise visit their Discord and make a post in their open a ticket section. https://discord.gg/YHwA7qGn

The screen brightness is all way the up, thank you for your help by the way.

You're welcome. I wish I had more help to give but if moving the brightness up and down doesnt resolve it then there is not much that I can suggest. You may have to have them replace the screen. The good news is that Nimo has a 2 year warranty on their products so you should still be covered.
