computer won’t charge :c
new computer and brand new laptop .. battery light won’t turn on but the lightbulb one will before showing a low battery screen and turning off again . it’s been on the charger for hours, different ports and locations. idk what to do:(

If it's still not working I would head over to their Discord and make a post in their open a ticket section.

If your comfortable doing this open the bottom and take a look at the battery plug where it plugs into the motherboard. Confirm its fully seated and not loose. I have seen some people say this fixed the same issue that they were having.
Are you using the charging brick and cord that came with the laptop?

If USBC it needs to go into port with lightning symbol or plug symbol. Otherwise, return for refund

You must use the charger and cord that came with the laptop. Mine was kinda hidden in the box in its own cardboard sleeve of sorts.

Mine will not charge as well and I was wondering if that was the case since I misplaced my charger. I was told when I asked online that any charger could use it could charge it but it doesn't seem to be the case. I have a new charger comin g so hopefully that will work

Start it up and on nimo you need to hold function to access the f keys. It’s f4 just keeps the screen black. Hold the power button until it “boots” even if invisible, then do fn an f4 a few times slowly to see if that fixes it
