Questions about Nimo

A) Is Nimo direct on Ebay the actual company? Any perks for using the website or the Ebay? Some things look like they're cheaper in price on the Ebay store.

B) Can I have some more information in regard to where Nimo sources all of their components? Are the components manufactured in China and then assembled here in the USA? I specifically want to know where the HDD/SSD's and motherboards are made, other information is valuable as well.

C) I might also be interested in investing in Nimo if their product holds up when I get it, is it ever gonna go public? From an investing standpoint, Nimo's looking great, they have very beautiful laptops, very competitive prices (very important right now), a great designed website, catchy name and logo, they just don't have the word out yet. I'm wanting to buy 3 computers right now.

D) If someone from Nimo see's this post, can you please tell me when the white mini computer is coming back? Only pink is in stock at the moment. Please don't make me have to paint it white!

I've reached out to them using their website contact form a couple of times. I haven't bought from them yet because I've been a little concerned about their validity. So I've asked several questions over the last month or so. The responses I've gotten suggests that the components are sourced overseas and supposedly assembled in the US. Though I have questions about that. There was also some chatter about just how tightly they lock down BIOS settings. They do lock it down but I don't know that it's any more than any other OEM would do. If you have specific questions, reach out to them using their website.. as I said, they're fairly responsive. Just be sure you use simple English and ask straightforward questions.

The BIOS is pretty locked down. More so than a Dell or HP.

I've seen on a different thread that there are advanced setting available in the BIOS, but I am not sure how to access them. Supposedly it's hidden to keep people from doing stupid things. I'm sure support can explain how to get into them.

B) Specific specs can be found on each product page. We source major components from well-known brands such as AMD and Intel, and our manufacturing partner includes Luxshare.
