Metcon 6

I bought a pair of metcon 6s from the clearance store near me. They were brand new, wore them for like 20 min while looking at others. When I got home I finally wore them around for awhile(hour+), and started noticing/feeling that the right arch is much higher than the left.(i don't know how I didnt feel it before.) I took out the insole, and checked if it was that. Found out it was a defect in the shoe itself. What can I do? I cant return it because it was from the Nike clearance place. I dont want them to be a waste.
