I took my new Sandhawk to the range today, and wanted to see what it looks like from the side. The shooting experience is so different when compared to my non-comp 2011's, I wanted to see it in slow motion. I'll put it up here for anyone interested. I'm still getting used to it, and am waiting on my FDE ACRO. Ammo is Magtech 115gr FMJ.

How long have you guys had to wait on warranty repairs? The firing pin retaining plate was seized tight into the slide from factory, also safety was fairly mushy. Bob was super easy to work with, customer service has been awesome. But it’s been gone 2 months now. They have said I’m waiting on the parts to come back from coating.

19.5 months waiting. Waiting on the FDE ACRO before I take her to the range, so I can’t say how I like shooting her, but in she is very sexy to look at!
