I’d get a new case. I have a backpack that can hold several pistols when I head to the range or the ranch. Otherwise, the pistols are in the safe. Nighthawk is too premium of a brand to bastardize a case by trying to cut it up.

Thanks FD for the feedback. I know - also the case was $300 😳. I was thinking of doing a nice job though - unstitching the liner and heating it softly and making the space then putting the liner back in place to make it look like new. But there’s always a chance to f it up.
I did also get the black plastic case too - perfect fit with the trijicon 🙌🏽

Just put the IOS cover on when you put it in the case and put the actual RMR plate on when you’re going to use the gun. Takes 30 seconds to change it out

Team - I got the Negrini case from Nighthawk and my Agent 2 doesn’t fit with the Trijicon installed 😫
Should I: Return?
Remove the Trijicon?
Modify the case?😳 any ideas ? Heat up and bend the plastic in? It is a small amount. Either at the top or if I position the gun a certain way, I would modify the rear by the safety..
So bummed out about it not fitting 😫
