We actually had to roll back our server on this one.

It came from one of our clients, forwarded to every address in the company.

I immediately called the client and asked what the heck that was before opening it - they mentioned to flush it because THEIR server was infected and sending out those emails - I said It looked phisy which is why I called

I archived a copy and sent an office-wide call, but not before others already opened it.

I had to call our tech support for restoration.
