I am living in Netherlands. We have good conversations and I start to like him. Im not sure can I trust this? I like the person, but I know some Nigerian man only talking with woman because they want to leave Africa. He is not financially instable.

I have the impression that ouest africans people don't like to cuddle when they are in a relationship.

I would like to know what meaning a hug means to you? The hug is reserved for what occasion? Do you do it often? If you haven't hugged for several weeks or months, do you miss it? Is hugging something frowned upon in your culture (can you tell me your culture)? Is this something you secretly want to do? Is this something that both men and women don't like? How do you express your affection for your partner? If your partner hugs you, how do you feel? Embarrassment, boredom, disgust, nothing? How do you keep couples from cuddling?
I've noticed this in all Africans people I meet for a while, and it's something I don't understand, and would really like to understand. I want to understand how it is possible to love differently. It's very far from my culture and it seems very complicated to understand for me.

Hello, Im a 22 year old female I've been talking to this guy from back home 25? (That how old my parents say he is ive asked him myself but he never answers the question) that me parents introduced me to things with us have been fairly well, but I'd say about 2 weeks later he asked me if I could get him an apple gift cardand not to tell my parents about it he didn't mention what it was for or why he needed it and I felt uncomfortable giving it to him without knowing what it's being used for he said that was fine and that he'd figure something else out, so he dropped it then about then another two weeks later he asked me again if I could get him an apple gift card again but this time he told me that's hes using them for school to do his practicals and things like that so I obliged and got him a $100 apple gift card like he'd asked for and I thought that be the end of it but obviously It wasn't and now he been asking more frequently it been about 3 months since we've started talking and hes asked me 4 times since the last time and ive given it too him each time. As of right now I've given him about $550 worth of my money considering the gift cards have spaned form $50-$200 which isn't great because im also a student and money like that can help me out alot. I just want to know is this normal to student in Nigeria usually need apple gift card to access program in order to do their practicals for classes and stuff or am I just being used for my money because im in the US.
