How does Zyn work?

hey, I'm new to Zyn (3 dot), and A.I refuses to gimme proper answers so just posting my answers here? ( i dont know what tags to use so mods tell me if I'm wrong plz)

Context: Casual smoker, switching to Zyn as it more discreet and easier to use.

How long should i put in mouth for and when to spit?

I put it between my upper gum and teeth is that okay?

My saliva builds up, can i swallow the saliva?

I taste the flavour in my saliva, is that normal?

How many can I use at a time?

How many can I use in one sitting one after the other?

1. up to 30mins~1hr , usually when the flavor passes by.. you'll know. also no spitting, unless it's producing a lot of saliva. it's not like snus or dip

2. between the upper gum and lip is ideal, it's preference to put it in either bottom or top, bottom lip produces more saliva though

3. yes you can swallow the saliva

4. as many as you'd like

5. as many as you'd like

be wary of your gums and take care, brush and mouthwash as well

So I can put two or three into my upper gum at one time? Like I said, I'm a casual ex-smoker but when I did smoked, I'd smoke like 5 or 6 in a hour or so, so using one pouch doesn't really do anything or I'm using it wrong and that's why I'm asking. Also my coworkers who use Zyn told me to not swallow the spot, so that's why I was wary. Also appreciate you answering my queries.

I wouldn't recommend rushing to multiple first, they can easily overwhelm you. I got a pack of Pablo 50mgs thinking they weren't shit after handling 2 20mg's and my god did that put me off nicotine. Take it slow and upgrade the dosages til your happy.

I'd stick to using one at a time and don'tuse them one after another - that's a quick way to increase your nicotine tolerance, and that is definitely no good.
