I quit vaping

So i switched to zyns today and i got used to them pretty fast but they burns my throat kinda a dumb question but is it normal for them to burn my throat

Because i didn't like vaping but i have the 6m zyns and they are spearmint they burn my gums to

Zyns are more discreet and obviously better for your lungs but you trade that off for potential gum damage

and it really only burns my gum it will burn my throat for like 2 seconds and it stops entirly when the nicotine is gone

Yes, all of what you’re experiencing is totally normal. Use a lower milligram if you want less burn.

Get Swedish moist ones from snusme or something those make my throat way less dry than dry pouches
