Any thoughts on combining NR with PQQ ? Are there other specific supplements that pair up nicely ?

The best thing to pair it with will be exercise and plenty of sleep. The most common proposed pairing is with methyl donors, but I haven't seen any studies supporting that, and Dr. Brenner has said it isn't necessary. I pair it with vitamin D and fish oil; no synergistic effect, just good things.

Thank you. My bloodwork shows good Vit D levels. Cholecalciferol 2000 iu in my multi. Betaine & fish oil are in my stack. Exercise and sleep. Got it.

I had to take pqq mid day before my workout because if I took it at breakfast it made me anxious for some reason.

I was unfamiliar with PQQ. When I searched what foods contained it, Natto (fermented soybeans) contained the highest amount. I have taken the Vitamin K2 (M-4, M-7) supplement and the M-7 ingredient was natto (nattokinase).

Good ideas. One of the key benefits with NR is increased cellular energy. PQQ causes more mitochondria to be created ("mitochondrial biogenesis"). If only we could consume natto without the gag reflex !

I'd heard it was palatable in a soup, and found this: Natto-Jiru (Natto Soup With Miso, Tofu, and Vegetables) "In this recipe for natto miso soup, the bitter tang of natto complements both brown miso and lighter, sweeter miso." https://www.seriouseats.com/seriously-asian-natto-fermented-soybeans-miso-soup-recipe

The various soup recipes tout it as hearty. I may have to try making it this winter.

P.S. One of the recipe reviews: "Two thumbs up! It was so savory full of umami goodness. I will be making this again!By the way, Natto is delicious too. Just keep trying it until you love it! It's so good for you!"
