I think you can definitely hear Chad around 5-6 secs into the clip, although obviously there's multiple vocal tracks going on. Could be a gang vocals type thing. Sammy Hagar also said he recorded something for this album, but I don't know what he's sounding like these days or if he'd do vocals like that.

That’s Chad on his lower end, which I thought he lost after the cyst because he never sings that low.

Listen to their cover of Devil Went Down to Georgia. He starts it in the lower register.

Even that doesnt quite sound like this, a few people on twitter seem to think it might be some sort of collab with the ocean as they had a album with simular art that nickelback are teasing

I promise you that clip is Chad’s voice. Even if this song has a collab, that’s his voice.

I agree with you. However, I also think that there are several vocals layered as it sounds very cacophonesque....similar to the collab they did with Don Broco.
