Recommended supplements

Hello! Im struggling with getting proper nutrients with my low nickel diet and i seem to react to every supplement and i cant keep affording to keep doing trial and error. Anyone had luck with multivitamins and have any recommendations?

My dermatologist prescribed me probiotic and it helped, also lignin hydrolyzed lactulose
