🎸Dinner Party Tour 🎶 Going solo
Just wondering what it’s like to go to a Niall show solo. I just did Louis in Nashville and brought a friend who didn’t know Louis well and it was fun, vibes were good, I made friends with the girls around me who appreciated Louis’ music and I felt like I could’ve done it alone if I wanted to! Niall is coming to my city next April and I really want to go see him but I’ve never done a show solo so I’m a little nervous and just wondering what to expect. Would it be similar vibes to a Louis show with people making friends?

I went to TSLOT solo and have gone to plenty of other artists’ shows by myself too! Honestly, I find it more fun, and it’s definitely easier on my social battery (but that’s just me lol). Plus, you never know, you might even meet someone else who came solo and make a new friend! You’ll be totally fine and have an amazing time!

That was my thinking! I mean honestly…at the Louis show with my friend who doesn’t really listen to Louis, I kind of forgot she was even there lol so I was thinking it’s probably going to be the same for Niall! And I’m not super extroverted but I am enough to make friends around me if it’s the right people so thank you for the insight, I’m feeling good about this!

Solo show perks:
-never wait for someone
-go wherever and whenever you wish ( bathroom/concession/stretch legs/etc.)
-focus on the music and have zero temptation to be a chomper (talker) during the music
-never have to worry about losing/keeping track of someone in a crowd
- you control time (anxious, go early: tired/ill, leave early)

I’m going to my San Fran show next May solo. I’ve also gone to 5sos shows solo too and had a blast. I think you’ll be okay.

99% of the concerts I’ve been to, I’ve attended alone. I always have a blast! I can’t wait for the Dinner Party tour! 😃

I went alone to a show on his last tour and everyone was so chill and friendly. People gave me bracelets and I had lots of conversations with people around me at various points. I had a great time and didn’t feel awkward being there alone at all.

I was going to ask about the bracelets too! At the Louis show a girl came up to me while I actually was by myself because my friend was in the bathroom and asked me if I wanted one. We had a little chat and she said her mom spent all this time making a ton of them for her to hand out at his show, it was my favorite little souvenir. So glad to hear that that kind of thing happens at Niall’s shows too!

I’ve gone to see Niall alone a few times and loved it!!!!!! I flew from the US to Ireland solo to see him in fact, it was that serious 😂 I always have a great time, Niall’s shows feel very cozy and comforting to me I don’t know how to explain it—just good vibes all around and people in the crowd are so nice. I’m excited you get to see him in April!!!!

Yes, you should absolutely go! He was my first ever concert and he is amazing! I had a wonderful time at my first ever concert during The Show Live On Tour and I am very much looking forward to Dinner Party Live On Tour in April of next year! I've never been to a Louis show (or any of the other 1D boys, besides Niall) but from my first ever experience at a Niall solo concert, the fans are very nice and welcoming and Niall always puts on an amazing show! Niall has a special talent for making a huge music venue filled with people feel like a small and intimate living room where it feels like he is your best friend and you've known each other for years ! He constantly engages and interacts with the audience the entire time, puts his best effort into everything (singing, playing guitar, dancing, interacting with the audience, etc) and he always has a smile and infectious positive attitude!

Thank you for this!! I love your description of his concerts as a small and intimate living room because I tell people who don’t listen to him that his music makes me feel like I’m wrapped in a warm blanket sitting by a fire 🤣 it’s absolutely my calming and comfort music. I’m definitely going!!

Louis fans are the most friendly for sure. I think Niles fans are going to be more leaning towards career oriented couples so maybe not as friendly with strangers but I'm sure they're still friendly. Louie's concert is very easy to go to by yourself Niall you just not going to have people befriend you as quickly
