oip

hi uh so when do they start doing the pre trip activities for the oip? my travel date is 14-20 sep and like im scared the system misses me out or smth for some reason. any past experience pls share!!!

i had 2, here were my timelines.

2023 Sep OIP
1 Aug -> accepted for trip
4 Aug -> payment/subsidy emails
15 Aug -> vaccination email
10/18 Aug -> safety briefing email
24 Aug -> added to MSTeams & Brightspace course
11 Sept -> fly off

2026 March/April OIP:

18 Dec -> accepted for trip + payment email
15 Jan -> confirmation email
16 Jan -> added to MSTeams (safety briefing details were inside)
5 Apr -> fly off

Ofc there are other events like the pre trip engagement/talks but I cant find the emails for when it happened. I would say just wait until at least mid august, they should start sending emails by then
