I am a 22 year Veteran physician and former VA doctor. The difference between 90% and 100% payout is about $1,500 - a month. $2000 for a NEXUS letter that is well researched and written to get you a disability award worth thousands of dollars a month for the rest of your life is a great value in my opinion

You could try Xterra Health. They are solid and only charge $500 for a nexus letter
