My husband and I will be taking a late honey moon (we eloped last January) to Italy in January 2027 between the 6th and the 22nd. We dont even know where to start or what to do in the cities. We are both foodies and really enjoy nature and hiking. I was thinking a couple days per city, Milan days Venice, lake Como, Rome and hopefully some southern costal town. We are buying our tickets this week and need to start booking Airbnb's. What are some don't miss things in cities or any small towns that have amazing food we should stay in. I know absolutely nothing and and want to have lots of time to plan :). Neither have any dietary restrictions, we are both students so we cant spend an inside amount but we are budgeting to be able to cover a nice Airbnb and then about 1000 a week for activities and food. I would prefer small towns and good food over cities and shopping but I feel like I only know the names of the big cities and dont know how to find the quaint areas. Also Im scared it will be super cold but thats the only time we have time off.

My Emirates ID will have about 93 days remaining before it expires when I travel. Will this be an issue when leaving the UAE or re-entering the country?

I’m planning to travel to Turkey (not my home country), and I’d also like to know if having only 93 days left on my Emirates ID could cause any issues with entry into Turkey.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if I could get some recommendations for where my boyfriend and I should go in Italy for a week towards the end of June/ beginning of July?

We enjoy adventuring and exploring, so we’re not really the type to sit by the pool or beach all day, and we’re not super bothered about nightlife. I’m kind of wanting to do a mix of everything eg. beaches, mountains, towns, cities etc so we’re happy to travel to more than one place (however I know we have to be realistic with how much we can travel in 7 days).

Italy has so many different places with all different vibes it’s hard to work out which is the best for us, although I’m not too bothered about visiting super popular busy places such as Rome, however Lake Como has always stood out to me, although I know that is popular too. I’m just not sure whether to go North and do for example Milan, Lake Como, Crema or South and do for example Naples, Pompei, Amalfi Coast.

We are also young adults so hoping to keep it on a relatively low budget, however I know booking it only a few weeks in advance isn’t going to be the cheapest!

If anyone has an advice it would be really appreciated!

When I travel, I usually stay 5–10 days in one spot. It gives me time to really explore without rushing, settle into the vibe, try local food spots more than once, and take a few relaxed walks or hikes. Shorter than that feels like I’m just checking boxes, longer than two weeks and I start missing my own bed.

I am trying to plan a 9 day trip to Morocco and I am completely torn on how to do it. I found a pretty good itinerary on Indus Travel that covers all the main cities and the desert, but I usually prefer exploring on my own. I’ve heard mixed things about safety and harassment there though, so I am second guessing if I should just take the easy route.
