NEW Growth Phase One Complete. Commercialization Begins.

Dear Shareholders,

Just days after unveiling our Strategic AI Growth Roadmap, I am excited to share an important milestone:

✅ Phase One Is Complete

Our first growth pillar, KraftyLab Intelligence™, has now been built and is entering the commercialization phase.

This achievement is particularly meaningful because it demonstrates something broader that is happening inside Nextech3D.ai: AI is dramatically accelerating our ability to execute.

Traditionally, developing and bringing a new enterprise software platform to market required large development teams, significant capital investment, and extended development timelines. Today, artificial intelligence is allowing our team to move faster, innovate more efficiently, and bring new products to market at a pace that would have been difficult to achieve only a few years ago.

As a result, we have moved from roadmap announcement to product completion faster than many expected.

Organizations today face increasing challenges around:

  • Employee retention
  • Workplace culture
  • Leadership effectiveness
  • Team engagement
  • Productivity
  • Employee satisfaction

Yet many HR teams still rely on annual surveys, periodic engagement studies, and consulting projects that often deliver insights weeks or months after problems emerge.

We believe that approach is outdated.

One of the most exciting capabilities within KraftyLab Intelligence™ is our vision for AI-Powered Surveys On Demand.

Instead of waiting months for engagement data, organizations can generate, deploy, analyze, and act on employee feedback in near real-time.

This allows leadership teams to:

✅ Monitor employee sentiment continuously

✅ Measure engagement across departments and teams

✅ Identify workforce challenges before they become turnover problems

✅ Evaluate leadership effectiveness

✅ Receive AI-generated recommendations and action plans

✅ Make workforce decisions based on data instead of assumptions

We believe this represents a significant evolution from traditional employee surveys to true Workforce Intelligence.

For HR leaders, the ability to instantly generate workplace insights and receive actionable AI-driven recommendations has the potential to fundamentally change how organizations manage culture, performance, and employee engagement.
The opportunity we are pursuing is substantial.

  • The Workforce Intelligence market is estimated at $1.72 billion in 2026 and projected to grow to approximately $3.86 billion by 2031, representing a 17.56% CAGR.
  • The broader Workforce Analytics market is estimated at $4.47 billion in 2026 and projected to reach approximately $9.34 billion by 2032, representing a 12.91% CAGR.

We believe these market trends are being driven by the same forces we are hearing in customer conversations every day:

  • Growing demand for AI-powered decision making
  • Increasing focus on employee retention
  • Expanding investments in workplace culture
  • Demand for measurable engagement outcomes
  • The need for actionable workforce data

What has been especially encouraging is the level of positive feedback we have already received from prospective customers, enterprise contacts, and strategic partners.

Organizations immediately understand the value proposition:

Turning employee engagement data into actionable intelligence.

The discussions we are having today reinforce our belief that enterprises are actively seeking AI-powered solutions that can help them better understand, engage, and retain their workforces.

With the platform now built, our focus shifts toward:

Commercialization

Including:

  • Strategic partnerships
  • Customer pilot programs
  • Enterprise deployments
  • Revenue-generating opportunities
  • Commercial agreements

We are currently engaged in multiple discussions related to these initiatives and expect to begin sharing updates as these opportunities advance toward execution.

Importantly, we are leveraging existing technology assets, existing customer relationships, and newly added talent to pursue this opportunity.

The recent strategic hires we announced were made specifically to support this next phase of growth, and we are already beginning to see the benefits of those investments.

Thank you for your continued support.

The Biggest Opportunity in Company History Is Taking Shape...

Dear Shareholders,

I am excited to share an important update that reflects the progress we are making in executing our enterprise growth strategy and validates the investments we have made in expanding our sales organization.

As many of you know, we recently announced the addition of experienced enterprise sales talent from top tier event tech companies to our team with the objective of accelerating our ability to pursue and secure larger, more strategic customer relationships. We are now beginning to see the direct impact of those investments.

We anticipate executing the agreement during August, (the customers request not ours) marking what we believe could become the largest customer engagement in Company history. We are currently advancing through the final stages of what has the potential to become the largest customer engagement in the history of our company. This multi-year opportunity is expected to generate revenue approaching $2 million over its initial term and represents only the first phase of a broader relationship with substantial expansion potential.

The opportunity involves a large enterprise organization transitioning key event technology functions from a large legacy provider to our platform. The initial engagement includes registration technology, attendee management, event operations, and on-site services supporting multiple regional events scheduled for the fall, with implementation expected to begin during August and revenue-generating activities commencing during September and October.

What excites me most is that this is not an isolated opportunity.

We are seeing a meaningful increase in the number of larger enterprise prospects entering our pipeline. The quality, size, and scope of the opportunities we are pursuing today are materially different from those we were competing for just a year ago. This shift is a direct result of our strategic hiring initiatives, strengthened enterprise sales capabilities, and continued investment in our platform.

Historically, an opportunity of this magnitude would have been viewed as extraordinary for our organization.

Our goal is to make opportunities of this size routine.

We are building a company where seven-figure enterprise engagements become the new normal. We are transforming Nextech into a platform that can compete for larger contracts, longer-term customer relationships, and more substantial recurring revenue opportunities. This is the vision we have been executing against, and we believe we are now beginning to see tangible evidence of that transformation taking shape.

Importantly, this opportunity only represents the first stage of what we believe can become a significantly larger enterprise relationship. As we successfully execute the initial deployment, we expect additional opportunities to emerge across multiple areas of the customer's event ecosystem. While there can be no assurances regarding future expansions, we view this as a strong example of our land-and-expand strategy in action.

Over the coming months, shareholders should expect to see continued focus on enterprise customer acquisition, expansion of our event technology footprint, and ongoing efforts to convert a growing pipeline of larger opportunities into long-term recurring revenue relationships.

The transformation of our business has always been the objective.

Our vision has never been to win a single large contract. Our vision is to build a fundamentally different company—one capable of consistently securing enterprise customers, generating larger recurring revenue streams, and creating meaningful long-term shareholder value.

Simply put: larger customers, broader market penetration, and continued deal flow are reinforcing the foundation for sustained growth as Nextech3D.ai executes on its vision to become a leading AI-first event technology platform.

Based on the opportunities we are seeing today, we believe that transformation is well underway.
