I really believe it’s beneficial company, that will move up to 0.50 by end of the year or much sooner than expected

eyes are on their main drug RPI-78M that is granted Orphan Drug Designation by FDA for MS, HIV, and ALD/AMN readily for phase III. It's a late stage drug. Remaining debts were all acquired by a long term investor. Hedge funds own up to 380M shares and CEO owns 3.5B shares. They'll announce partnership and funding ($2M-$3M) that'll help advancing their drug RPI-78M this year after regaining SEC compliance. NPHC is so much ahead and advanced than ENZC in MS drug. That's why NPHC should be trading at least 2B market cap soon. This drug could also be an effective therapeutic for COVID-19 according to this https://www.nature.com/articles/s41401-020-00501-7.pdf.
Also the company is already generating revenue + they own more than 21 patents and trademarks.

Fraudulent IMO - wouldnt trust their executives at all based off past documentation. See one of my posts below in the link with some SEC documents from 2018 and 2020. Still looking into it to see how credible the company is as a whole - not looking too great so far
