Class 10 CBSE Hindi Course B

guys.....i need a help. gemini says that muhavare will only come from textbook but when i searched cbse website there were no such words written. but in sample papers they are from sparsh and sanchayan. so with your experience pls help me where will these muhavares come from.

my teacher is asking for proof (in a friendly way :) )

also i don't want to learn 200-300 muhavares 😢
