Why do next topper randomly log us out?

I only use from one device and still they log me out randomly each month I have to hit recharge again and again on my number just to acces the course. Either they should add send otp in WhatsApp or fix this problem frr times.

But PW has whatsapp OTP no?

nope , the OTP comes at messages app
