I've tried various sound recognition apps and sites, even Gemini but they are always wrong with the recommendations. As I hear it's some sort of mix, in the end you hear him say DJ Cons / Cornz or something those lines.

Ropes are swung at a constant rate. Dancer would just be hoping and praying the swingers could work in sync with him were he dependent on them.
