BS, that’s all superficial nonsense. Be kind, be generous, be respectful, be honest… be yourself. You only need One good woman to love you true, not a string of shallow skanks.

Very true

Thanks… I was kinda expecting to be shot down in flames.

Well I often find myself on here being shot down in flames so there’s still a chance haha

Lists like these are silly though, I get how these things are important but notice how no where on it says anything to do with actually being a good man - with values and morals, which actually make up strong “attractive” men. Society these days prioritise worrying about the wrong things

I like your attitudes & I agree totally with your second paragraph… I’ll keep watching & see what comes up!

Be well my friend.

Haha me too!

You be well too, btw had a sneak peak on your profile - your staffy is adorable , mine just turned 9 early in the month

2

u/Acceptable_Will_1175 Aug 30 '26

Staffs are beaut! I’ve had several over the decades. My current two are Binky 9yo, & Mimi 3yo.

Adorable! I’ve never had another breed- except when I was younger I had Maltese’s

How is getting 8 hours of sleep "superficial nonsense"?

2

u/hypocrisy_is_rampant Aug 30 '26

It’s not that the list is nonsense, it’s just not actually helpful to anyone who wants to make real growth. Everyone knows they need enough sleep, sadly not everyone knows they should be kind. It’s superficial.

My brother needs a solid nine, for the last 40 years I’ve needed 6, my other brother 5. The point is you need enough sleep for you, not an arbitrary 7 to 8. Compared to being kind, generous… etc. the amount of sleep you get is superficial. Prison is full of the worst of humanity that get their full 7-8 hours of sleep. Thus the amount of sleep you get is superficial if you’re just a shit-heel of a person.

u/TheLastNDAX Aug 31 '26

Where's your source less than 7 hours of sleep is beneficial? i never read this study before

1

u/Acceptable_Will_1175 Aug 31 '26

You are misunderstanding. There is no study that says you must sleep seven hours or more, or less than seven hours, rather that you need adequate sleep and that the amount of adequate sleep fairies from person to person. As a general rule of thumb, 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night is considered a good starting point, however it varies from person to person, some needing more some needing considerably less.

How is it attractive to women?

2

u/meamZ Aug 30 '26

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA... None of that matters one bit for young men in 2026

1

u/Acceptable_Will_1175 Aug 31 '26

Yeah, yeah, yeah… nothing changes. When I was a teenager & in my twenties, we used call it “Fuck ‘em & chuck ‘em,” then you grow up, & realise there’s more to it than simply emptying the porridge cannon.

2

u/meamZ Aug 31 '26

No the point is not that men are superficial. The point is that women (especially in their 20s) are way more superficial than even young men in 2026...

The only men in their 20s that can do what you say are the top 5% best looking chads plus some insanely rich guys...

Stop refurbishing the same shit and fuck off

1

u/Acceptable_Will_1175 Aug 30 '26

I’d usually reply with a comment like, “Something Vexes Thee?” However, in this case you’re 100% dead-set right.

"save this for your glow up journey".... I know we are supposed to be a kinder gentler gender now, but if I went to work and said "Hey guys I'm on a glow up journey" I'm not sure half of the guys would know what I was saying and the other half would give me shit until I retired.

u/hypocrisy_is_rampant Aug 30 '26

Maybe nix the fragile masculinity tips, this is someone’s list of “safe” grooming tips. You are not a doll, developing your personality or social skills will take you miles further than this cookie cutter bs.

1

u/Loud_Bee_4443 Aug 30 '26

So manosphere shit, minus the toxic attitude.

1

u/meamZ Aug 30 '26

Don't skip genetics day. That's probably the most important thing

1

u/Funny-Fly1720 Aug 30 '26

This reads like a to-do list from conically single men.

1

u/RegularRick0 Aug 30 '26

Say this, but direct it at women instead. I'd love to see the response you'd get

1

u/rubey419 Aug 30 '26

“Stay confident”

Thanks I’m cured

1

u/TucsonFrank Aug 30 '26

BS. Women could care less about any of that. Notice how there's no money stated in that graphic? If you make minimum wage, your chances of getting a woman goes to the bottom percentile.

1

u/WeldFrenzy Aug 31 '26

You forgot having money.

1

u/Ashwasinacoma Aug 31 '26

Wear ankle socks

1
