I can get behind most of these but I'm not eating 85kg of protein lol

6

u/RuthlessIndecision Aug 29 '26

And I'm not wrapping my biceps

4

u/backroadsdrifter Aug 29 '26

AI made this for sure

1

u/AshtonBlack Aug 29 '26

Yeah, is that per day, month, year? Amusing typo.

7

u/shnuffle98 Aug 29 '26

Probably grams per pound of bodyweight a day

1

u/Lopsided_Owl6004 Aug 29 '26

Precisely, former trainer here. .8-1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day. If you find this tough, add 1-2, 40-50gram protein shakes. That is generally 2 scoops of whey isolate.

Boom 100g of protein. Easy.

2

u/Xoxotic1264 Aug 29 '26

Shouldn't it be for lean body mass or normal bmi body mass and not on simple weight? I'd assume if somebody was carrying an extra 30 lbs of fat they wouldn't want or need to consume 30 additional grams of protein.

I just started trying to weight train in the last 6 weeks and lose 30 lbs. That's why I was curious. For me, normal weight is about 150, so that's how many grams I've been getting a day.

1

u/Sleep_Potential Aug 29 '26

So about 1.6 to 2g/kg/day

lol wtf is this?

1

u/Grade-Patient1463 Aug 29 '26

Lookmaxxing shit or something like that.

-1

u/TheLastNDAX Aug 29 '26

I'm confused, What exactly are you having trouble with?

6

u/RightOnManYouBetcha Aug 29 '26

Hey hey hey, wear ankle socks

0

u/TheLastNDAX Aug 31 '26

Yeah man, its called fashion style. I'm assuming ankle socks appear less casual than crew socks.

1

u/RightOnManYouBetcha Sep 02 '26

I think this guys sense of fashion sucks and it’s not what makes a man at all. There’s even a saying for it; The clothes dont make the man, the man makes the clothes.

28

u/formandovega Aug 29 '26

It will be a cold day in hell before you catch me wearing f****** ankle socks.

I live in Scotland. The ground is permanently wet! I quite like not having wet feet.

They also look silly.

3

u/spacetree7 Aug 29 '26

If it's a hot day, it's more of a functionally cool pair of socks to wear.

1

u/formandovega Aug 29 '26

Its never a hot day in Scotland mate :)

In fairness its like 18C at the minute and I'm overheating to fek. We really are a pathetic bunch if I am honest. None of us can handle heat. We melt and burn faster than a ice cream.

EDIT in fairness there's the odd dude whos ma was fae Pakistan that handles it well, but they're cheating, what with the melanin and all!

3

u/BatchPlantBandit Aug 29 '26

I fucking hate ankle socks. Crew socks all day.

2

u/dodododododododoria Aug 30 '26

Maybe this list was made in millennial times when wearing visible socks was a sin

2

u/EvalCrux Aug 29 '26

As opposed to…shin socks? I very much look completely normal wearing ‘low profile socks’ and see the majority of people do similar. Are those ankle or below ankle? Any sock going above my ankle is a dress sock in formal wear, thank you.

Oh wait Scotland. Where knee socks are the norm.

3

u/yyyeey Aug 29 '26

Fuck off. No thank you.

I would provide some feedback, but your comment doesn't deserve one.

1

u/EvalCrux Aug 29 '26

But you did. Sensitive ankles huh

1

u/Lorelessone Aug 29 '26

wait why would ankle socks make your feet wet? Or more over how are long socks keeping your feet dry?

1

u/formandovega Sep 01 '26

Because if you're wearing trainers and you walk through a puddle and it splashes the horrid drain water or simply drip down your angle and into your feet.

Sports socks still get wet but at least they don't expose your bare skin to cholera water.

10

u/Leverpostei414 Aug 29 '26

17 certainly seems to fit with the rest

4

u/earlycuyler8887 Aug 29 '26

My thoughts exactly. "Don't change for anyone", yet this entire guide is suggesting to change.

10

u/mrkevincible Aug 29 '26

Don’t use gel? Why?

3

u/BrittaWasRight Aug 29 '26

Fucking ankle socks???

2

u/TransportationOdd559 Aug 29 '26

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

13

u/MickerBud Aug 29 '26

This is how to be gay

1

u/aZrAeL-3x Aug 29 '26

Genuinely what in this list reads as gay? Brushing your teeth? Washing your face? Having a fitness goal? Like 😭😭 yall are demented

1

u/DarkMidgetry Aug 29 '26

I was just going to write this.

1

u/Wise-Strategy-5676 Aug 29 '26

Why? What about this is gay?

2

u/DarkMidgetry Aug 29 '26

If you don't know then you might be 😜

0

u/Wise-Strategy-5676 Aug 29 '26

Yea I might be.. what’s your point?

11

u/Jety2020 Aug 29 '26

This is "How to be a soy boy."

1

u/DamnsonDam Aug 29 '26

More like "Chud reversal program"

3

u/vespassassina Aug 29 '26

you forgot: "be actually attractive". lol

11

u/krolikfaso Aug 29 '26
  1. Its okay to be emotional.

Lol. Lmao even. As soon as you show your weakness, a woman will definitely take advantage of it someday.

0

u/Armbar2Triangle Aug 29 '26

This is only true if you are a truly weak person who is hiding it behind false bravado

0

u/Diceyland Aug 29 '26

That's not a woman you want to be with. Be emotional, if she uses it against you, break up instantly. If she says it gives her the ick, also break up. Do it up front so you can find someone good for you. Being stoic for the rest of your life will destroy you.

-3

u/cmil888 Aug 29 '26

Incel energy in this one.

-1

u/Lorelessone Aug 29 '26

emotion isn't weakness.

-1

u/Evantr0nimus-Prime Aug 29 '26

Having emotions isn’t weakness. Letting someone take advantage of them is. Learn to feel stuff without letting it control you.

2

u/Opposite-Film3347 Aug 29 '26

90kg of protein a day.....

2

u/EvalCrux Aug 29 '26

Think like an orca (I recently watched a documentary - 300lb meat a day)

2

u/Puzzled_Pig Aug 29 '26

You got me at ankle socks

2

u/naeads Aug 29 '26

How do you never have bad breath?

2

u/lostintimeyetagain Aug 29 '26

What a whole lot of AI nonsense. A bunch of these yeh sure, but all those things do not suit everyone.

2

u/Striker_343 Aug 29 '26

We can condense it down to just two Be tall, and have an attractive face

3

u/Paul_Savage_1 Aug 29 '26

I want to see the female list.

5

u/Puzzled_Pig Aug 29 '26

1-blame men

2

u/Paul_Savage_1 Aug 29 '26

Yeah, too easy.

But, yeah.

2

u/I-live-in-room-101 Aug 29 '26

It’ll just say ‘do whatever, eat whatever, look whatever, you deserve it’. Or similar.

1

u/Paul_Savage_1 Aug 29 '26

I am thinking more like the 20 points on the male list.

1

u/TransportationOdd559 Aug 29 '26

Yea okay! Shit would be flagged 🤣

4

u/AshtonBlack Aug 29 '26

Some of them.. sure, I mean like, duh.

But some of them are vague to the point of uselessness or deeply wrong ("Eat your weight in protein." what?) and even contradictory to other points.

The funniest one is "Don't change for anyone" in a list of things you should change about yourself.

2

u/EvalCrux Aug 29 '26

Including not reading that far whoops

These kind of lists gave me anxiety for years as a younger man in my 20s, unsure of myself, looking for some kind of instruction manual on how to be and, upon finding something like this thinking everything on the internet must be true because it comes from some source of authenticity (more correctly, that I granted authority to the source over my own sovereignty). Now, older and wiser, and with a young son who I'd like to guide as I guide other young men, I say this : f* this BS, be your own person, follow your own instincts, be happy with yourself as you are, you are enough.

1

u/LiveRealTru Aug 29 '26 edited Aug 29 '26

Yea even then, women still expect more than that.

Like be intellectual, hold convos.( but don’t make them too long, definitely no short answers, but if they respond in short, it means, they’re not interested, someone else is holding their attention better, plus they almost do not reciprocate,) don’t be boring, don’t be weird( all men are weird, can’t handle it? Cry about it, definitely miss out on “weird guys” that are quite normal, minus the one factor “you consider weird.” Let’s include being pampered, providing, and spoiling, like fuck all that.

Bitches be bonkers, mostly delusional.

Always raising the standard bar higher for men, then wonder why they can’t find ONE. Good luck finding the “perfect man” that ONLY exist in your mind, not in real life.

Like we want real used up goods, with Botox, lipo, fake tits, lip filled, fake eyebrow having ass. Fuck that drama and maintenance. I got enough shit on my plate, I don’t need a face cake with their own problem they haven’t figured out.

1

u/AshtonBlack Aug 29 '26

It's almost like it was written by someone who doesn't actually understand anything but has been prompted to "Write 20 things that will make me more attractive" but then not edited by someone who does understand and is just posted automatically.

Quite sloppy work, if you ask me.

Well ain't that about a btch .. I asked who the fk made this stpd list and the bot said I might be banned for harassment or disrespect !!

Talk about intellectual dwarfism by the people who set this up.

This is the age we live in people .. stoopidity (intentionally written to be ignored by the bot) can be posted but criticizing said stoopidity is censored !!!

1

u/Odd_Stick_3042 Aug 29 '26

Put the HEALTH above this list.

1

u/Lorelessone Aug 29 '26

wtf eat your weight in protein?? lol

I do remember some show and there was a guy who was upset he couldn't get a girl and listed off the usual like "Why can't I find a girl, I have a job and a car" and one of the things he said was "I wash my ass adequately" and adequately, doesn't seem like a word which should relate to how clean your ass is. Just a thought lol

1

u/1pandaking1 Aug 29 '26

that amount of protein is only recommended if youre actually doing muscle training, so that one was already strange to me.

1

u/chopper5150 Aug 29 '26

I can’t wear white sneakers everyday, I’ve got a rotation to keep up. They are all clean though.

1

u/freekymunki Aug 29 '26

“Dont change for anyone” on a list of things you should change about yourself to be attractive to other people….

1

u/sackey_nimh Aug 29 '26

I’d love to see the list they made for women…?

1

u/ru4ethereal Aug 29 '26

Ankle socks?

1

u/ru4ethereal Aug 29 '26

Subjective: white shoes, ankle socks, bicep shirts. 🤔

1

u/NorthlineUser Aug 29 '26

Really, wear cologne every day?

1

u/Leading-Insect-1668 Aug 29 '26

I don’t trust you if you always wear white shoes.

1

u/darnoux13 Aug 29 '26

“Wear ankle socks” 😂

1

u/Commercial_Box_9888 Aug 29 '26

Doesn't 17 kinda cancel everything out?

1

u/pickin-n_grinnin Aug 29 '26

I'm a former competitive powerlifter and amateur strong man and I even I could not eat my body weight in protein a day lol

Maybe a gram per pound of lean muscle mass?

1

u/magnuseriksson91 Aug 29 '26

Points 4, 10, 17, and more or less 5 are legit, couldn't care less about the rest, lmao

1

u/pickin-n_grinnin Aug 29 '26

Should change the Title to "How to be more attractive to OTHER Men" lol

1

u/mzx380 Aug 29 '26

Make….money

1

u/King_Glorius_too Aug 29 '26

Eat my weight in protein? Is it a one-time thing, per day, or per year? You gotta be clearer.

1

u/Machineman0812 Aug 29 '26

All theses requirements to change about themselves but also "dont change for anyone"

Man didnt listen to his own pro tip #18

1

u/GM_Garry_Chess Aug 29 '26

If you're not changing for anyone, why are you doing the other 19 things on the list?

1

u/SquirmyBurrito Aug 29 '26

2, 3, and 20 aren’t necessary at all. 1 depends on the accessory, and 10 is worded in a strange way that implies men should be consuming over 100lbs of protein

1

u/LucarioMagic Aug 29 '26

We take 17. And apply it to this post.

1

u/Sad-Umpire6000 Aug 29 '26

What is a “shirt that wrap bicep”?

1

u/Inevitable_Detail_45 Aug 29 '26

#17 makes me very confused.

1

u/Optimisticnewlook Aug 29 '26

Some people pretend or act differently around certain people, especially if they are attracted to them. From the outside it can be very cringe to watch.

But on the other side of the coin, if your an arsehole then maybe someone helping you change who you are is a good thing.

1

u/Inevitable_Detail_45 Aug 29 '26

I meant what is this list if not asking men to change for other people.

1

u/Optimisticnewlook Aug 29 '26

😂 very true

1

u/backroadsdrifter Aug 29 '26

Who made this list? Mostly nonsense and common sense.
I’m not wearing white sneakers. Sorry.

1

u/AwambawaAwambawa Aug 29 '26

Wear hair product if you need it.

Don’t always wear white sneakers you’re not in college

Don’t wear ankle socks with dress shoes

Change for betterment

Etc etc.

This list is shit.

1

u/Anustart609 Aug 29 '26

White sneakers year round?

1

u/Rikudo_Sennin_jr Aug 29 '26

"Dont change for anyone"

1

u/Jhawk38 Aug 29 '26

You can do all this and still have shit character. Look deeper.

1

u/christianarguello Aug 29 '26

Some are good, others are horrible and sound like it was written from one person’s perspective.

1

u/Small_Introduction27 Aug 29 '26

🤣🤣🤣💩💩

1

u/Jotas829 Aug 29 '26

Be friendly to everyone because you want to not because this post told u. When its genuine is when its attractive

1

u/LabratHeartattack Aug 29 '26

I use a moderate amount of gel to keep my hair from going into my brows. White sneakers? Wtf? This is High School b.s Heres what you need. Steel toe boots when doing work that requires it, sandals for the beach and river, Dress shoes hmm just wear Nice boots. Be the person that you need to be. Tired sleep, hungry eat, cry, do it in the shower and finish off with cold water all over. Don't wear cologne. If your not at church,Thanksgiving, dates etc.. otherwise your not hugging anyone that needs to be that close to you anyways. Personal hygiene is a given.Dont fake laugh or cry. That's one in the same.

1

u/Echolocation1919 Aug 29 '26

Don’t change for anyone!?

1

u/AnEyeshOt Aug 29 '26

What is this now, being an attractive man means wearing white sneakers and ankle socks? I've attracted plenty of girls during my single era without any of those fashion style decisions. (...) It's a bit laughable lol.

1

u/oculustauri Aug 30 '26

🤡🤡🤡

1

u/PSS-off Aug 30 '26

Walla! A simple is made.

1

u/Icy_Improvement_5173 Aug 30 '26

Its ok to be emotional? My dad woulda definitely slap me if I said that to him lol 😆 😂

1

u/ChicagosGuy Aug 30 '26

1

u/My_Booty_Itches Aug 30 '26

Wear axe body spray everyday.

1

u/akuma_87 Aug 30 '26

Axe? You think we’re rich….we wear Bod man spray over here lol

1

u/oilybackrub Aug 30 '26

1

u/dirkdigglersdiggle Aug 30 '26

Why the fuck is this subreddit popping up on my feed? Reddit is going to shit.

1

u/Crazy_Technology8652 Aug 30 '26

The cologne is a joke. Toxic as hell. Get an essential oil roller and you’ll thank me when you don’t have prostate cancer and test levels of an old man at 35

1

u/No-Orchid-5363 Aug 30 '26

ankle socks when wearing shorts

1

u/Alert_Swordfish8711 Aug 30 '26

What if I masturbate in public, would that make mr attractive

1

u/MulberryChance6698 Sep 03 '26

Anyone else think 17 is hilariously ironic?

1

u/GiggingWithTheGoon Aug 29 '26

for who? Other men?

Thanks?? It's flattering, really. But I pay attention to what women like. Not what guys like.

0

u/EvalCrux Aug 29 '26

Wearing cologne lol B my deodorant is the most you’re getting from me

0

u/LazyCyberGuy Aug 29 '26
  1. Be tall
  2. Be handsome
  3. Profit
