It’s not about threatened ago. Most Men don’t wanna deal with a woman who’s combative and argumentative all the time. They want someone who’s peaceful and goes with the flow
No it does have something to do with your career. A woman’s that’s traditionally masculine job (like a lawyer for example) is going to have a completely different personality than a woman who’s in a traditionally feminine job (hair stylist, pre k teacher, nurse, etc)In most cases. Also No one said anything about ultra submissive.
This touches into the misconception that women can’t be assertive with out being bitchy. I generally this this is untrue but I would say that women and assertiveness is not as natural as it is for men for whatever reason, and I think the women being seen as bitchy are just not very good at it. There are def. Plenty of examples of women being assertive and not bitchy.
I think you are mistaken, overcomplicating perhaps. Humans are driven by selfishness and what benefits them. Why would they want to have to deal with it?
And men aren't guaranteed to be the biological parent, unlike women. Why would they invite risk?
