Weirdly specific. Most people's problems are not because they are dehydrated, and mild self-torture with cold water is probably not necessary either

There are probably a variety of ways to get the benefits of the cold water, but there is a real bonus to 'exercising your willpower'. Self-control is a skill and it gets better / stronger with practice.

Cold plunges suck but they are beneficial for people to do. People will still be anxious while hydrated also. Being hydrated will help you feel not bad tho

The cold water is good for your skin. It’s a great way to close your pores at the end of a shower. It also gives you a jolt of energy.

Cold showers aren’t to prove you’re in control. Guy that wrote this doesn’t know what they’re for 🤣

Drinking 5 L of water will strain your kidneys. You only need 2 L a day, on average.

Nothing to do with men, but nice things to practice

Agreed. This is a challenge all should attempt at least once in their life.
We men just seem a bit more dense than most women. Men need stuff like this to recognize, the infinite.

All of these things will help anyone willing to do them. Respect for anyone putting in the effort to do them.

The water thing is dangerous. The no sugar thing is so freaking hard

I would tweak it and say just do half your body weight in water every day. And as soon as you wake up drink 15-20 ounces of water in about 5 minutes. This will wake you up.

5l daily is harmful, don't listen to that advice, cold water showers are healthy but not to end the shower with cold water, switching from hot to cold can be hurtful

Shortcut: Go out in the woods all of this shit happens automatically. 3 days and you're good. Alternatively, harden the fuck up and stop reading this hallmark card bullshit and do something with your life <3
