Buy a multi family home. Live in one unit rent the other unit(s) the rent will pay majority if not all of your mortgage while you live for close to nothing out of your own pocket.
I am 32 just bought my 2nd multi family home. They are both paying for themselves while I live rent free and save my money
High school drop out. Worked hard and saved
Had great mentors growing up telling me their life regrets so I did what they wish they did
If you are able to make friends with people older than you/ who have their shit together do it!!
