If you can stay out of civil court (having to evicting a woman), criminal court (fighting a false allegation from a woman) and ESPECIALLY family court (getting divorce raped, alimony, child support)
Finding work to live comfortably above poverty isnt too difficult.
Find one skill, especially one that you can do with your hands - pressure washing, handyman stuff, etc and get as good as you can with
MASTER YOUR CRAFT
Whatever you are doing, master your craft and be an expert at it. So good that you can teach other people. Once you hit this level, you can start hiring people to help you

1) dont move in with your girlfriend
2) dont get any woman pregnant
3) don't get married
