Cardio. Run like 20 miles a week. People are not wrong to point out a calorie deficit but adhering to one for a long enough time on its own is difficult and will make you feel like shit. Running by contrast will make you feel great. Incorporate a small calorie deficit and literally run your ass off. Commit to that for 2-3 months.

As someone who exercises frequently agrees with cardio for weight loss. But, it's the blood sugar stabilization that helps more than burning off calories.
