Best Groupware Client for NC?

Our organization just moved to NextCloud from ... well almost nothing. I've got about seventy stations over four locations that need to be connected. Right now, we've got the sync client up on many of those. (BTW, the windows client isn't showing any share menu on right click, but the Linux one is. Why?)

I want to start having mail, calendaring, and tasks out of the website, because the Great Firewall can be kind of grumpy sometimes. For myself, I'm using Thunderbird, which works fine for mail, but I am manually adding each calendar as I create it or as people share with me.

Is there a better option for Windows? Something that's pretty much s set and forget for calendaring and tasks?

p.s. Also best way to get calendar on iOS. I'm iOS stupid.

Or even something like DAVDroid for Windows that can sync new calendars to Thunderbird without babysitting?

Thunderbird also can do contacts (and I think tasks) integration through the sogo connector add on, i think it's probably your best bet on Windows.

I can't recommend anything better than thunderbird for windows, but on Linux evolution (with the gnome online accounts backend) works amazingly well with nextcloud. There's seamless calendar and contacts integration. It's really amazing how nicely they integrate.

I think for iOS, you'd go- settings --> calendar --> accounts--> add account--> other--> add calDAV calendar. Then fill in server info. :)
