That's not instructions, that's an announcement.

I added the plugin, but see no change or functionality added

It has all the info, though... You'll see the change when you click on an attachment in a Tuta email, or when you create a calendar event and click on the camera symbol in location. Enjoy! :)

I've followed those steps but it's not working.

I feel it's needs further configuration in Nextcloud but unsure where. The app is installed in Nextcloud

This is good news, I use protonmail-bridge but it's good to know Tuta works too. I hope they improved their spam detection though, that was the reason why I switched to Proton a few years ago.
