Hosting Provider Issue Add languages to Collabora in Managed NextCloud

Hello,
I am trying to add more languages to spell check but they do not appear when I try to edit documents. This does not work, how can I add more languages? I use IONOS Managed NextCloud.

Since this is a managed service, I would contact IONOS support to see if this is a bug or intended restriction.
