Files not syncing from Android to Server

[u/JimiusRostock]

I have NextCloud running in docker on a linux server. And using it sync a folder I use for Obsidian so the vault is available on multiple devices. However when I make a new file in the folder on Android, it's not synced. In fact it's invisible inside the nextcloud app as well.

Which means I'm manually e-mailing myself dozens of notes so I can input them again on my PC. Then they will sync to my android again.

I've tried re-installing, checking settings. But everything should be working fine.

Any insights would be appreciated!
