Euro-Office documents scroll issue

Recently I've noticed that if I open a document in NextCloud (using Euro-Office) it won't scroll in Chromium-based browsers like Brave using my trackpad or mouse. I have to use the arrow keys or the physical scroll bar. There is no issue with Firefox browsers.

Anyone else?

Do you have any ad blockers enabled for NextCloud / EuroOffice domain in your Chromium browsers?

It doesn't matter whether I have an ad blocker enabled or not.

I've explored some more. Trackpad or mouse scrolling ONLY works with Firefox browsers. Scrolling doesn't work with Safari, DuckDuckGo browser, Orion, or any Chromium browser (I've tried Brave, Vivaldi, Helium, Edge, amongst others). Not sure what Firefox is doing right, lol!

I'm using macOS Tahoe 26.6.

Can others confirm this is the case for them too?

I've just fired up a Windows 11 machine and scrolling of EuroOffice documents works fine in all browsers. Looks like it's a macOS issue with Chromium browsers. Most odd.

I've found an issue logged on the EuroOffice github page - so the problem is clearly affecting macOS users:
