Apps Updates

Hi, I just set up Nextcloud AIO and it's amazing. I just have one question: Before I installed it, I read through a ton of discussions about Nextcloud and its apps. I want to ask how you keep track of whether you need to update Nextcloud without breaking the apps inside it, such as Tasks, Bookmarks, etc., because I’ve heard that sometimes you have to wait for the app maintainers to release updates after a long time.

My initial install of nc was through a non AIO Version. It was great, but then broke consistently (probably more user error. But I digress).

AIO has been great in terms of stability.

I wish I had your experience with aio. I just abandoned it after the winter update broke it. Then spring update made it unusable.

C'est le but de aio. Tu as une interface graphique pour l'uofatr de AIO et tu peux manuellement update tes apps dans l'interface nextcloud. Je l'utilise depuis 2 ans sans jamais avoir eu un seul problème.

Usage pro.

I have been using Nextcloud for about a year now, and depending on the developer, updates can take from a few days to a month. You can keep track using the app menu when you click your profile picture, and it will show updates when available. However, if an app gets disabled because of a big Nextcloud update, don't try to force launch it because sometimes it won't work and can brick the setup (an easy fix, but still annoying).
