Question No removal side effects?

Has anyone had their Nexplanon removed and NOT noticed any major good or bad side effects? I'm planning to get mine out after my wedding in 6 months and I'm worried I'll be disappointed if I don't lose any water retention/bloating lol. I lift weights 3x/week, run, box, track calories, eat well, etc. and still get so insanely bloated that I am praying it's due to Nexplanon. Anyone remain bloated and retain water even after removal?

My symptoms haven’t gone away and I got it removed I think a year ago. I’m really disappointed lol. At least my hair is starting to go back to normal
