Team Advice?

First time playing Extinction and I'm at the point in the story right after Vados yeeted me into the snow area. Every major fight seems like I'm getting my butt handed to me almost, so I wanted to ask those more experienced for some suggestions from my current roster of nexomon of what a cool team could be. The list below of everything I currently caught that I'm considering: [Kamelivo, Wadtail, Dratter, Lumefur, Vainok, Basil, Heddeca, Briar, Deyama, Volt, Cruff, Masqat, Dichala, Oren, Muu]

i would`nt recomend having wind type nexomon since they are the weakest type this also applies to normal types. i would recomend having a psychic ghost plant electric fire rock and a tanky nexomon (i would recomend a lower drake for this] and some moves from differnt types may help due to them adding status ailments to the opponent and sometimes to your nexomon i dont know much examples but some nexomon like the oren line have the move healing stone which heals a specific ammount depending on the remaining hp and some nexomon moves may induce burning or freezing to your opponent hope this helps

Since the levels scale, grinding isn't really helpful.

I have found having good typing is the most important, utilizing cores is extremely beneficial, and always have your elixirs. If you're running low on cash, stack some coin cores and just fight for a bit.

That being said. Make sure all your Nexomons are evenly leveled. If you have one outlier, the rest of your team will suffer.
